Casphone Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The loyalty program ('Program') is open to all customers of Casphone ('Casphone'). Membership is free and voluntary.
2. Membership
Customers may join the Program by signing up at a Casphone store or online at casphone.com.au/loyalty. Members must provide accurate and complete information to enroll and maintain membership.
3. Earning Points
Members earn points based on qualifying purchases at Casphone stores or online. Points accumulation is subject to the terms specified on the Casphone website or communicated through official channels.
4. Redemption of Points
Points accumulated can be redeemed for discounts, products, or services as specified by Casphone. Redemption options may change at Casphone's discretion without prior notice.
5. Points Expiry
Points may have an expiry date, as communicated by Casphone. Expired points cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
6. Program Changes
Casphone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including points earning and redemption rules, at any time. Casphone will provide reasonable notice to members regarding significant changes.
7. Personal Information
By participating in the Program, members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Casphone for the purposes of administering the Program and providing related services.
8. Termination
Casphone may terminate a member's participation in the Program if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected. Casphone's decision regarding such matters shall be final.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
